The President of the Philippines Rodrigo Duterte is set to deliver his second State of the Nation Address (SONA). The State of the Nation Address is a fixed date held every 4th Monday of July as per the 1987 Philippine Constitution.
The event will be held in Batasang Pambansa in Quezon City on July 24, 2017. The President is expected to highlight the accomplishments of the executive branch and assess the programs of his administration.
