Thousands of families flee from a catastrophic flooding as Hurricane Harvey intensify. Creeks and Rivers overflow down to downtown area on Tuesday, August 29, 2017, four days after Hurricane Harvey made landfall in Texas. The storm was categorized as storm number 4 that causes historic flooding.
