In photos: People are stranded in different areas in Metro Manila as Karding brings scattered rains

"Typhoon Karding" poured out gallons of water in Metro Manila in the last 24 hours as a result, several places are flooded.

 The state weather bureau PAGASA has released the latest weather update about Bagyong Karding affecting the country's weather system.The Southwest monsoon (Habagat) enhances by Bagyong Karding will continue to bring scattered rains over Northern Luzon, Central Luzon and the western section of Southern Luzon.
