Atleast 300 Stars arrived at ABS-CBN Ball 2018 and walk the red carpet, either as known long-time couples, or as first-time dates. One of the noticeable couple for tonight are Myrtle Sarrosa and JC Santos, who walked the red carpet as each other's date.
Well, speaking with reporters at the ball, Santos and Sarrosa explained that they agreed to go to the ball together since they were already a partner in an acting workshop.
"Nagkayayaan lang kami na, 'Tayo na langmag-date sa ball!'" Sarrosa said."Ako \yung suerte na siya 'yung kasama ko tonight. For all the balls ng Star Magic, I always went alone. So I'm thanful na this year, it finally happened na may kasama na ako," ABS-CBN Entertainment reported.
Myrtle even posted in her Instagram a photo of her and JC saying,"This year’s ball is definitely my favourite because of this man standing beside me. It may be the same time of the year at the same event with the same usual ambience but it is true when they say that memories become special when you’re with someone that makes it memorable. Thank you @j.c.santos for being my date tonight at the ball. "
The two clarified that they are only 'good friends" at this time: "Gusto ko talaga 'yung ugali ni JC. He's one of the guys in the industry who I can say is really kind-hearted, mabait. I guess sobra kaming magkasundo," she added.
