Over the weekend a photo of comedian Vice Ganda together with Ilocos Norte Gov. Imee Marcos is an online buzz.
The photo was like a virus that spread faster in the online world with some questioning comments from the fans and supporters. The photo showed Vice Ganda and Imee Marcos in what appeared to be at the airport of Ozamiz city. Vice Ganda wore all in black getup. The photo was shared on Twitter on Sunday, Oct. 21. with numerous number of retweet.
The comedian directly responded to the issue and told his fans on Twitter, "Ok para sa mga fans ko na nagtatanong. Wala akong pakelam kung anung iteniraryo ni Imee Marcos sa Ozamis nung nakasabay ko sya sa eroplano. Nagpunta ko dun para mang aliw ng mga taga Ozamis City. Di para magendorso ng kahit sinong pulitiko. Di ako endorser ng mga Marcos!" he said.
(To my fans who are asking: I don't care about Imee Marcos' itinerary in Ozamis. I am there to entertain Ozamis people. Not to endorse any politician. I am not a Marcos endorser!)
Though some people interpreted Vice's arrival alongside with Imee as a support for her. Vice Ganda responded in a tweet saying, "So dahil sa picture na to supporter na agad ako ni Imee?! Di pa pwedeng supporter ako nung mamang nakaputi dun sa likod?Lol!)
