Tawag ng Tanghalan November 13 winner is Kevin Ibanez of Visayas dabbed as "Matipunong Nars". Ibanez bested "Matulonging Designer" Jayson Gigantone from Manila and "Masipag na Kuya" Ivan Russel Novales from Mindanao.

After winning the first round, Ibañez to face the defending daily winner Elle Ocampo. Ibañez performed "If I Ain't Got You," while the defending winner sang "Radioactive" and both did the an impressive performance.
The judges had made a hard time in choosing the best one and ended up hailed the contender from Kabankalan City, Negros Occidental Kevin Ibañez as the new winner.
