The Philippine National Police (PNP) Special Investigation Task Group (PNP-SITG) had released photos of two men caught on CCTV cameras, suspected to have initiated the bombing incident at the South Seas Mall in Cotabato City on December 31, 2018.
PNP Region 12 spokesperson Superintendent Aldrin Gonzales said CCTV footage caught one man leaving the explosive at the mall, while the other served as a lookout, Jonathan Andal reported on Super Radyo DZBB.
