They are the newly 275 strong men composed of lumads, CAFGU, and former rebels who completed training at 4th Division Training School (DTS) in Malaybalay City, Bukidnon. After months of intensive training, the candidates will be joining the Philippine army.

Lt. Col. Jeff Villarosa, Commander 4DTS said that "the 4ID now have 275 trained, strong, brave, responsible and equipped soldiers ready to serve our people and secure our sovereignty."
Out of 275 new Privates, 154 are indigenous people who came from the Manobo and Higaonon tribes and 84 are also former rebels.
The 275 newly graduates will be deployed to different Infantry units of 4th ID in the country.
