A 21-year-old De La Salle student was found brutally killed and possibly raped at her house in Lipa, Batangas.
Fidex Therese Maranan was found naked on the floor and covered with a blanket. The lifeless body of Fidex's was found by her relative Romulo Maranan at her residence in Lourdes St. Miracle Heights Subdivision, Brgy. Antipolo del Norte at around 3:30PM. The victim received head wound and a stab wound in her neck according to autopsy report.
Authorities also said that the victim, who might have been killed for three days was raped before she was killed.
Police also said that the victim sustained a stab wound in the neck. Police are still conducting further investigation to identify the suspect.
The victim was reportedly living alone while his brother Fr. Quiel Dimaculangan and uncle Msgr. Ruben Dimaculangan, parish priest of St. Theresa Parish in Talisay, Lipa, were on their assignment.
