Just like some other Filipino voters, veteran GMA news anchor Mike Enriquez got emotional in dealing with the 2019 PH election result. Mike Enriquez is now the top trending topic in the PH Twitter after several videos of him seen very emotional.
"What are the candidates who won in the polls going to do for the betterment of the country?" Mike said in a loud disagreement tone during his coverage in #PHelections2019.
“Gusto ko silang singilin. Ano’ng maasahan namin sa inyo ngayon?” he said at one point of the Eleksyon 2019 special coverage on Tuesday morning.

He continued to spoke about his intent to interview for those who are likely to win and ask, "What can we expect from you now?"
Even his co-anchor has tried him to calm down but Enriquez a bit heat up and continued.
"We should know now, what to expect from candidates so that while their term in progress, we can check what they've done and there promises," he said.
"The Philippines could be a better place if at least half of what they promise will come true," he added.
