A Change.Org petition to remove CANCEL option in GrabFood PH has accumulated 33,744 supporters as of the posting time, which finally catch the attention of the company.
Following to the recent viral incident of unclaimed GrabFood deliveries circulating online. GrabFood PH warns to impose sanctions and account suspension to customers who are "no-show" or cancels orders on the app.
Viral images has been rounding up over the week in social media about the Grab Philippines' drivers suffering from cancelled and unclaimed orders.
Grab Philippines implement a No Cancellation once orders are placed. Grab PH remind customers to be very careful in placing orders because once the order is placed, their partner will starts preparing it, a pop-up note will appear informing you that cancellation is no longer available.
The company is reminding costumers to be responsible in placing orders.
