Mayor Isko Launched An Online Complaint Desk For Manileños

The Manila Public Information Office launched an online complaint desk in line with the order from Mayor Isko Moreno, where Manileño's grievances will be heard directly by the local government.

With the new MPIO complaint desk, people of Manila can file their complaints through a Google forms.

The Manila PIO assures citizens that all their personal details that they will attach to their complaints will remain confidential. If you're doubt of your safety and you don't want to provide personal details in the form, still you have the option to put "N/A" to your Name and Contact Number. 

In the form, you have to fill in some details of yourself such as Email Address, Complaint, Name of Complainant, Contact Number, and Type of Complaint.

To start with your complaint, you must click the Manila PIO Complaint Desk link and make sure that you have Log-in to your Google account, which will automatically recorded when you upload files and submit form.

Meanwhile, Mayor Isko signed an Executive Order to use social media showing procurement and bidding activities live online.
