Manila, Philippines - Arwind Santos finally issued an apology to Terrence Jones after his racist gestures in Game 5 of the PBA Commissioner's Cup finals Wednesday at Smart Araneta Coliseum.
"I don't mean anything bad to you. I wanna say sorry again. I hope you forgive me...
"Gusto ko humingi ng taos-pusong patawad sa mga fans ng Talk n Text, San Miguel, PBA at sa lahat ng mga nasaktan. Wala po akong masamang intensiyon.
"Inaamin ko po, mali po ako. Sorry po. Sana mapatawad niyo po ako," Santos said in a video.
Santos won't be suspended for his racist actions towards TNT import Terrence Jones, however, he will be fined of P200,000 and will serve 100 hrs. of community service after mocking a monkey gestures towards Jones.
