After less than a year of marriage Miley Cyrus and Liam Hemsworth have called it quits according to People Magazine.

"Liam and Miley have agreed to separate at this time," According to a statement received by People.
"Ever-evolving, changing as partners and individuals, they have decided this is what's best while they both focus on themselves and careers. They remain dedicated parents to all their animals they share while lovingly taking this time apart.Please respect their process and privacy," it added.
The longtime couple has been tied the knot in December 2018, after an on and off relationship since 2009 when they first met.
Before the official announcement, rumors have been surfaced of a split after sharp-eyed fans raised awareness to social media when Cyrus skipped wearing her wedding ring in a post to her Instagram.
"The reason that people get married sometimes can be old-fashioned, but I think the reason we got married isn't old-fashioned - I actually think it's kind of New Age," the singer previously told Vanity Fair magazine.
"What I preach is: People fall in love with people, not gender, not looks, not whatever. What I'm in love with exists on almost a spiritual level. It has nothing to do with sexuality," it added.
