Steven Weber Jr. and his girlfriend Kenesha Antoine were having there dream vacation in Tanzania and staying in a romantic underwater bedroom submerged in the sea at a resort in Pemba Island.

The couple had booked four nights at the resort's underwater room, which lies to appropriately 250m (820ft) from the shore.
Antoine shared a video on her Facebook account shows Weber plunged into the water to make his proposal, holding a hand-written proposal note on the other side of the cabin window, as Antoine is filming inside.

“I can’t hold my breath long enough to tell you everything I love about you,” the note read. “BUT . . . everything I love about you I love more EVERY DAY!
“Will you please be my WIFE? Marry me??”
Antoine from the inside of their room can be heard laughing with excitement.
However, Weber Jr. from the other side wearing a snorkeling mask and fins can be seen swimming back up to the surface, but he failed to reach up to the top, Antoine said.
