However, this experience wouldn't be complete without sharing these sweet delicacies from Bongbong's Pasalubong. Bacolod can easily be recognize by taking a bite out of the delicious treats. It started as a home-based industry in 1930s. They were the first to introduce some famous delicacies in the metro such as barquillos and the famous piaya.
Bongbong's is one of the biggest pasalubong shops in Negros were you can find it almost everywhere in Bacolod. If you missed it while in the city proper, don't worry, coz they have branches in the airport and ports.
