A woman was arrested for her suspected involvement in using a credit of actress Angelica Panganiban. The suspect identified as Agatha Reyes was arrested in her house by the National Bureau of Investigation (NBI).
It can be recalled that actress Angelica Panganiban took to social and expressed her disappointment after finding out that somebody has been using her credit card without her knowledge.The actress even shared a series of screenshots of text messages from her credit card provider, where she was warned for the unauthorised transaction using her card.
The National Bureau of Investigation (NBI) said that around P5000 has been taken out from the credit card of Panganiban, and the card was even used in casino, in an attempt for P500,000 transaction
Through follow-up investigations, NBI established the identity of the woman and figure out through a cartographic sketch.
According to investigations, the NBI revealed that the suspect uses Panganiban's original card that supposed to be renew in the bank. The NBI believed that the suspect has a connection with the card courier that will supposed to bring the new card to Panganiban.
The woman was jailed according to ABS-CBN news, as she was charged of credit card fraud - except for the charges filed against her by the actress.
