SEA Games 2019 Is Now Free! Filipinos have now the chance to shout in full force to support the Philippine athletes in 53 sports categories in the Southeast Asian Games 2019 up to the closing of the event.
Philippine SEA Games Organizing Committee (PHISGOC) Chairman Alan Peter Cayetano made the announcement Friday amidst calls to make all events be more accessible to the public.
However, three sport events such as basketball, volleyball, and football will still require tickets purchases. Venues of the said events are in Mall of Asia Arena, PhilSports Arena, the Rizal Memorial Football Stadium, and the Biñan Football Stadium, respectively.
President Rodrigo Duterte ordered the HISGOC to provide 10,000 free tickets out of the 20,000 seats for the closing ceremonies at the Athletics Stadium in New Clark City on December 11.
