A Month Long Shopping Sale Experience Is Happening This March

Get ready your wallet folks! The Department of Tourism (DOT) announced the first-ever Philippine nationwide shopping sale.



The 2020 Philippine Shopping Festival will run from March 1 to 31 in partnership with malls and associations in the country nationwide in the following areas:

  • Bicol
  • Bukidnon
  • Bulacan
  • Butuan City

  • Ilocos Norte
  • Iloilo
  • Lanao Del Norte

Among the great shopping experiences expected during the long run shopping sale are the 15% to 70% discounts on different kinds of Philippine-made products, including food and dining; jewelry and fashion; crafts, furniture, decors and more. Travelers can also avail affordable airfares and cheaper hotel accommodations.

“This ambitious project, designed to increase tourism expenditure in the country, would not have been possible without the full support and cooperation of the nation’s mall operators, retailers, franchise holders, hotel and tour operators, and travel agencies,” said Tourism Secretary Bernadette Romulo -Puyat.
