Ginebra's calendar girl for 2020 Sanya Lopez walked for Brgy. Ginebra, while Sarah and Kathryn were the muses for Phoenix and Magnolia, respectively.
Miss universe Philippines 2013 Ariella Arida represented TNT, Reina Hispanoamericana 2019 5th runner-up Katrina Llegado (Columbian Dyip's), Miss Glob 2019 end runner-up Leren Mae Bautista (Meralco Boltz), SEA Games Taekwondo gold medalist Pauline Lopez (NLEX Road Warriors), Miss Asia Pacific International 2019 Chaiyenne Huisman and Mutya ng Philipinas 2019 winner Klyza Castro (Rain or Shine), and Alyssa Muhlach (San Miguel).
