A husband and his wheelchaired wife was seen early morning traversing 6 kilometers from Batasan Hills to Fairview. Loida Fernadez, a dialysis patient in her wheelchair was spotted being pushed by her husband three times a week to the dialysis center.

In the absence of public transport buses and tricycle, due to the enhanced community quarantine (ECQ), Fernandez and her husband has no option but to take in a wheel chair while being pushed by her husband.
"Mula sa amin hanggang doon. Dun sa Batasan hanggang dun sa Fairview, sa dialysis center. Kailan pa to hiniram nga lang namin to," Fernandez said while sitting herself from their borrowed wheelchair during an interview with ABS-CBN news.
Luckily, they were noticed by ABS-CBN news and they were brought to the barangay. Finally, barangay officials assured that they will help the two according to ABS-CBN news.
Meanwhile, barangay officials has urged their constituents to inform them to address their problem and they are ready to help.
