Malacañang declared July 31 a regular holiday nationwide in observance of Eid'l Adha or the Feast of Sacrifice.
In a Facebook post of News5, President Duterte signed Proclamation No. 985 on July 29 was based on the date chosen by the National Commission on Muslim Filipinos (NCMF).
