Hong Kong Disneyland is closing again as coronavirus cases surge

It was just almost a month since it was reopened on June 18, Hong Kong Disneyland is closing again its doors due to the surged of coronavirus cases. 




Recently, around 52 new coronavirus cases in the city has been recorded prompting the government to implement new measures which include closure of gyms, amusement parks, and other venues.

"As required by the government and health authorities in line with prevention efforts taking place across Hong Kong, Hong Kong Disneyland park will temporarily close from July 15," a Disney spokeswoman said in a statement provided to Bloomberg. 

Hotels at the property will remain open with adjusted service levels,Disney spokesperson said.
