Cebu-based architectural firm designed a simple but elegant tropical modern "Bahay Kubo" made of "amakan" or woven bamboo.
The concept was shared by Architect Carby Jason Osorio that quickly earned online attention. The contemporary loft-type home is a combination of concrete on its base and "amakan" that offer a refreshing look either in the mountains or by the sea front.
LIVING ROOM:
The design can be incorporated with eco-friendly technology like solar panels and rainwater collectors.
