Gretchen Ho took to her social media account and shared the good news to deserving people. She will be giving away 50 bikes to Filipino workers having difficulty on their everyday commute.
The 30-year-old former volleyball star initiative is somehow one of the many stories of kindness that emerged during pandemic. Her new project under the "Woman In Action" initiative aims to provide people an alternative means of transportation in the Metro.
"Because a BIKE can spell the difference between keeping a livelihood or not," she wrote.
"This took quite some time because we had them shipped from abroad, but I’ve used them and both mountain & folding bikes are of good quality," she added in another tweet.
