Former Miss Philippines Earth 2009 Sandra Seifert took to Instagram and shared a photo of her son and actor Cesar Montano for the first time, after years of speculation that she had a child with the actor.
"Love Actually 💙🎄 #fiveweeksbeforechristmas," she said.
It was five years ago since the two were romantically linked with each other, leaving rumors that she was pregnant with the actor's child.
