Kapuso TV host Willie Revillame decided to sell his 2018 Range Rover in a huge dropping price, to aid thousands of residents affected by the typhoon Ulysses that brought devastating aftermath in Luzon.
On his program Wowowin: Tutok To Win on Saturday, November 14, he told his viewers that he was able to sell his luxury car for P7 million which he bought for P12 million.
“Naisip-isip ko, napakabait ng Panginoong Diyos sa akin.
"Una na noong pandemya, may trabaho kami, yung aking mga staff, di kami pinabayaan.
“Humaharap ako sa mga tao minsan na wala akong mask, kasi minsan nakakalimutan ko, awa ng Diyos di ako nagkakasakit.
"Naisip ko, paggising ko isang umaga, tinawagan ko ang isa kong kaibigan. Sabi ko, ‘I-fastbreak mo nga yung isa kong kotse," The 59-year-old TV host told mayor Teodoro.
Recently, Revillame also brought P5 million worth of aid to Catanduanes as many residents sought his help after Super Typhoon Rolly ravaged the province. Aside from P5 million worth of donations to the province, he also gave separate P100,000 aid to a resident who call his attention to help the onslaught province.
