A video of a fatal Quezon City Police and PDEA shooting was captured in an intense exchange of gunfire in a parking lot of a fast food restaurant in Commonwealth Avenue.
In an exclusive report on "24 Oras", a supposedly white car carrying PDEA agents was seen parking which appeared that their vehicle was overheated.
Armed men were later approach the white and open fire in close quarters. The persons who approached were later identified as members of the QCPD.
