KC Concepcion celebrated her 36 birthday on April 7, and she have decided to treat her fans with new bicycles.
"BIRTHDAY BLOWOUT! For my birthday, I decided I would continue to do my part in helping out fellow Filipinos in these trying items, in all the ways I can.
