Two graduates from Negros Occidental schools made it to the Top 10 in the recent November 2021 Civil Engineering Licensure Examinations held last November 14 and 15, 2021.
Charlene Grace Gelotin of Negros Occidental-Recoletos (UNO-R) placed 2nd with a score of 92.75%, while Sirgie Lowell Alegro Rufo from the Carlos A. Hilado Memorial State College-Talisay placed sixth with a score of 91.5 percent.
Meanwhile, Rajiv Nooh Dalagan Amil of Ateneo De Davao University top the licensure exam with 93.25% rating.
According to the Professional Regulation Commission (PRC), 2,374 out of 6,474 passed the November 2021 Civil Engineering Licensure Examination.

The PRC added that the results of examination with respect to 5 examinees were withheld as per Board Resolution No. 08 dated November 24, 2021.
