MAN USES OLD CEILING FAN TO LIGHT UP A BULB IN THE AFTERMATH OF TYPHOON ODETTE

 While several houses in Visayas left destroyed by super typhoon Odette which also cause power outage in the region, this family in Negros Oriental has find a way how they can get power to light up their night.




In a Facebook post of a certain Janine Jorolan Babor in Bais, Negros Oriental, she said that their old ceiling fan helped them produced power from natural wind enough to charge their mobile phones, flash light or even their 12V light bulb.





Many people praised the idea which could also helped them solve to their problem as electric companies are working 24/7 to restore the power.




On December 17, 2021, the morning after Typhoon Odette wrecked the place, everything was a blur and the night was so dark.



Odette, the most destructive storm to hit the Philippines this year left the death toll rose to 405, according to the National Disaster Risk Reduction and Management Council on Friday, December 31.




A total of 1,147 individuals were injured and 82 people remained missing. Over 325,000 people were still in evacuation centers as the typhoon destroyed over 530,000 houses.
