Luis "Chavit" Singson is sending the spirit of giving to the people of Narvacan, Ilocos Sur as he showered them with P500 and P100 from his golden money gun.
In a now viral video shared on his Facebook account with a caption, "MGA TAGA NARVACAN HANDA NA BA KAYO?" In his visit to the place it can be seen Singson in his signature shades shooting the money up into the air as thrilled crowds scramble for sum.
In one of the scene, Singson was spotted on his black Hummer as he shoots more from the sunroof of his truck.
Luis Crisologo Singson, better known as Chavit Singson, serving as the mayor of Narvacan, Ilocos Sur, since 2019. He owns Baluarte in Ilocos Sur, a Zoo filled with African safari animals.
He has served 30 years as the Governor of his province to Several other elected poritions.
He is also the founder of LCS Group of companies, a dedicated developer of the future of the Philippines.
