Joshua: Lo, try po natin dito kumain. ("Grandpa, lets try here," referring to the Samgyupsal Korean restaurant where the boy wanted to try the food.)

Grandpa: Anak, mag-ipon muna tayo mamaya makakapag ipon din tayo. (Son, let us saved 'money' first.)

Joshua: Sige lo, balik po kami mamaya diyan ate. (Joshua agree to his gradpa, as he was quick to convey the message to a restaurant staff saying that they will come back.)

Later, the two came back with Joshua giving his P199 coins for the food  they wanted to try.

Joshua: Ate ito na po nakaipon na po ako subukan po namin ni lolo kumain.

The owner refused to accept his money and decided to serve them the food for free.

"Nilapitan ko nalang sila at pinalabasan ko nalang ng food para masubukan nila ng walang hinihinging bayad at dahil may natira ay pinatake-out nalang namin sila para may makakain pa sila pag-uwi nila," said Absalon.
