When Karen Davila was spotted during a campaign rally of Bongbong Marcos and Sara Duterte in Cavite, March 22, UniTeam supporters are curious to know what she was doing.
A selfie of Davila in the same vehicle with BongBong Marcos quickly went viral, leaving many supporters puzzled to their surprise.
"What the heck is Karen Davila doing inside the UniTeam campaign in Cavite? Joining the caravan? Joining BBM onstage? Let's not forget that she has been an out-and-out dilawan. I don't trust her close presence with BBM," one said.
Another one said: "For me, iba yung "assigned to trail" BBM doon sa mistulang front, center and back ka na ng actual campaign. I'm still cynical. I don't trust an overtly rabid dilawan like KD."
Karen Davila, meanwhile, refuted, saying that she was assigned for ABS-CBN's Kampanya Serye On the Road & Presidential interviews.
"ABSCBN’s Kampanya Serye On The Road & Presidential Intvws shoots today. I have been assigned to trail Presidential Aspirants Bongbong Marcos & Sen Manny Pacquiao.
Henry Omaga Diaz is covering VP Leni Robredo & my co-anchors have been assigned to other candidates. #Halalan202," Davila wrote in a tweet.
