Carla Abellana got candid about the dark phase of her life after her split with Tom Rodriguez saying, she was 'betrayed, disrespected, used, lied to'.
She broke her silence after some netizens recently slammed her for deleting a comment on the actress' YouTube Channel which accused her of lots of speculations surrounding her split with Tom.
Some people criticized the actress about her break up with the actor.
"And my comment was removed hahaha. Bakit? takot ka mabasa na hypocrite ka. Wag ka magbait baitan kasi Hindi ka mabait," a comment read.
Carla, to her reply: "Ayaw ko lang po ng negativity."
Tom, on separate and a now deleted comment in his social media account claimed that he wasn't allowed to speak up about the matter in public.
Abellana, meanwhile, has set social media on fire after liking several posts about cheating.
She addressed the issue in a lengthy response after mean comments continue to attack her.
"Nag like po ako pero hindi ko po ginawa ng paulit-ulit at ng matagal. An taong lubos na nasaktan hirap pong pigilang hindi ilabas ang galit sa anumang paraan.
The actress said, she was "disrespected...betrayed... lied to...used...shamed ... made to look so stupid."
"Wala po akong ibinigay kay Tom kundi tunay na pagmamahal, respeto, pag-aalaga, pag-aaruga, pag-unawa, pagtitis, sangkatutak na pagpapatawad, milya-milyang pasensya, paniniwala, pagtiwala, pag-aasikaso, pag protekta, lahat lahat na. Binigyan ko po buong buhay ko sa kanya."
Carla claimed that she kept mum about the issue in fear that Tom might do something to her.
"7 na taon po akong bawal magalit, magtampo, masaktan, mabigo, malungkot, madismaya dahil hindi po pwede.Makaktikim po ako kahit subukan ko pong ipaliwanagsa kanya na nasasaktan niya ako."
Carla added that she faced Tom at the altar with all her heart and determination, "buong puso po akong determinadong alagaan ang pagsasama at pagmamahal namin, at panindigan ang mga sinumpaan namin sa harap ng Diyos."
She continued: "Sa lala po ng sakit, pambabastos, panloloko, pandudurog, paninira, panggagamit at pagtatasil po niya, mga tinago niya, napakadali pong ibalik sa kanya sa paraan ng pagganti. Pero hindi po ako ganun. Hindi po ako bobo. Hindi po ako lalaban kahit tapak-tapakan na po ako ng husto."
Carla also explained that "hindi po ako mababaw. Hindi po ako masamang tao. Kung ano po ang nakikita, naririnig at nababasa ninyo online ay kakarampot lang po ng hindipo ninyo nakikita, naririnig at nababasa kapag wala pong kahit anong camerang naka record."
The twosome got married in October 2021, and later reported that she was preparing for her annulment with the actor.
