Donnalyn Bartolome's latest birthday photo shoot where she portrayed a baby with only a bib as her top led critics to claim that her image is promoting "pedophilic culture."
The 28-year-old social media influencer has captioned her photo, "Me as your baby goo goo ga ga."
While many of her fans praised the outcome, others within the Twitterverse were decidedly less thrilled.
A Twitter users wrote:

In the now deleted post, Donnalyn apologized for the issue and explained that it was never her intention "to enable one of the most horrifying acts here on Earth," she said in a statement.
