After a two year hiatus due to the pandemic, the annual Masskara festival in the city of smiles is back. With a slogan "Balik Yuhum," Bacolod is ready to the much awaited events in the country that will start form October 1-23, 2022.
This year's Masskara Festival showcases the many types of activities as showing below:
