Bianca Rogoff, the daughter of late actress Cherie Gil shut down a social media comment that question her presence at a party days after her mom died.
Bianca took to her Instagram story and shared a screenshot of a messsage from a netizen, "Your mom just passed away and (you're) in a party now?"
Quickly shutting it down, Bianca issued a statement saying, "I will no be answering or justifying all the messages in my inbox so please consider this an overall statement for now," she wrote on her Instagram story.
Cherie Gil has passed away last August 5, 2022 after her battle with endometrial cancer.
"Life is sacred and should be valued and honored, and most importantly, lived. And if you knew her, she'd be the first one to tell anyone to live their life adventurously and joyfully."
Bianca wants to emphases that she's grieving for her mom's lost, "but it is not my job to show you that," she said.
"I love my mother and am allowed to grieve as publicly or privately as i wish. I am not here to perform for those who chose to follow me."
She lastly went unto say that those who wanted to unfollow her, "feel free".
"I will keep enjoying the life my mother gave and granted me."
