Wait for the confirmation text from the DSWD that contains the date and place where the assistance will be given and bring the requirements that are needed such as:

Requirements kung estudyante ang mag process:

• - 2 Photocopies of school ID (front and back)
• - 2 Photocopies of Certificate of Enrolment/School Registration o Statement of Account.
• - Dalahon ang ORIGINAL nga kopya sa mga dokumento nga inyong na-attached sa Google Link 

Requirements kung ginikanan/guardian ang mag process:

• - Government-issued ID (dili expired ang date) - with 2 photocopies
• - School ID sa estudyante (with 2 photocopies)
• - Orihinal nga Certificate of Enrolment/School Registration o Statement of Account (with 2 photocopies)
• - Dalahon ang ORIGINAL nga kopya sa mga dokumento nga inyong na-attached sa Google Link 

Pahinumdom: 

• - Alang sa mga aplikante nga anak sa Solo Parent, dalhon ang Solo Parent ID (with 2 photocopies) sa ginikanan.
• - Ug sila mipili nga biktima sa pang-abuso, magdala ug police blotter/report (with 2 photocopies).

Sa mga miingon nga sila ilo o wala nay ginikanan, magsumite ug death certificate sa ginikanan (with 2 photocopies).

• Prayoridad nga maserbisyohan ang nakarehistro sa Google Link aron masiguro nga dili modagsa ang aplikante sa mga opisina sa DSWD, ug masubay ang COVID-19 protocols. Apan siguraduhon sa Field Office nga tanan nga kwalipikado makadawat gayud sa maong ayuda, sa tukma nga ihatag nga eskedyul.
