Online content creator and Miss International Queen Philippines finalist Lars Pacheco took to Instagram to share the good news as she undergo a gender reassignment surgery in Thailand.
"We all hope for breakthrough rebirth moment," she said in her social media post.
"I am woman," she added.
Her decision to become a woman happened in the famous Kamol Cosmetic Hospital - German in Bangkok. The procedure is called surgery-penile peritoneal vaginoplasty (SRS-PPV).
Beauty queens such as Binibining Pilipinas International 2021 Hannah Arnold and Miss Grand International Philippines 2016 Nicole Cordoves sent their support for Pacheco.
