In a now viral clip, Vice President and DepEd Secretary Sara Duterte momentarily stops her speech as the sunlight struck at her face during the 120th Founding Anniversary Thanksgiving and Awarding Ceremony of DepEd Tarlac on Wednesday.
"I'm sorry, excuse me, hindi ako naglagay ng sunblock," Duterte said as she was shown leaving the podium in the middle of her speech.
The audience was amused and laugh at Duterte's remark as they enjoyed the moment for a while.
