The Davao City police is investigating to the death of a businessman, Yvonne Plaza Chua.
Chua, 38 was shot at a gun point by unidentified riding tandem suspects outside her house in Green Meadow Subdivision, Brgy. Sto. Niño, Tugbok District, Davao City.
According to the initial police investigation, Chua was about to enter at her house's gate at 7:25pm when the assailants riding a motorcycle approached her at gun point.
The house closed-circuit camera captured the gunshots fired at her. The victim was seen lying in outside the house.
Several speculations are making the rounds on line, but family and friends are calling for justice.
A social media user claimed that the victim was once involved in a road rage, while the other one had a finger point to alleged General at the Armed Forces of the Philippines (AFP).
