The Southern Police District (SPD) released a poster along with the photo of the suspect in the robbery-slay of the New Zealander man named Nick Stacey. The suspect is identified as John Mar Manalo y Nagum.
The authorities offered a P500,000 reward money to anyone who can give information of his whereabouts.
Police said Manalo has also a standing warrant of arrest for robbery with violence issued by Regional Trial Court Branch 12, Malolos City, Bulacan.
The suspect allegedly shot and killed the 34-year-old Nicholas Peter Stacey after they declared a hold-up with his Filipina girlfriend.
Stacey and his girlfriend was just walking on Sunday after midnight in Makati.
Major General Estomo, meanwhile, vowed that the family will get justice as he immediately ordered thorough investigation for the arrest of the suspects.
