Multiple news outlets reported on December 6th, 2023, that BTS member Kim Taehyung, known as V, and Blackpink member Jennie have ended their alleged relationship. This news comes just days before V's scheduled military enlistment on December 11th.
While the stars and their respective agencies, BigHit Music and YG Entertainment, have never formally confirmed a romantic connection, speculation has persisted since May 2022 following a social media post claiming they were vacationing together on Jeju Island. At the time, Jennie was also linked to Big Bang's G-Dragon.
YG Entertainment initially declined to comment on the rumors, stating, "We have nothing to say (regarding this matter)...We will inform you if we have a different response to share."
