Ariana Grande and Dalton Gomez's divorce is finally official. After a year of being separated, a Los Angeles court finalized their divorce on March 19, 2024. This comes six months after Ariana filed for divorce citing irreconcilable difference.
The terms of their settlement have been revealed.Ariana will pay Dalton a one-time sum of $1.25 million, which is roughly around 70 million pesos. She will also split the proceeds from selling their Los Angeles home with him. Additionally, Ariana will cover up to $25,000 of Dalton's attorney fees. However, there will be no alimony payments involved.
According to court documents, Ariana and Dalton separated in February 2023. They also had a prenuptial agreement in place, which likely simplified the divorce process. Thankfully, there were no major legal disputes between the former couple, and they did not have any children together.
Flashback to happier times: Ariana and Dalton tied the knot in a private ceremony at her California home in May 2021. Their relationship came to light in 2020 when they were seen kissing in Los Angeles. They confirmed their romance the following May when Dalton appeared in Ariana's music video with Justin Bieber.
Unfortunately, things didn't work out for the couple. Despite their whirlwind romance and private wedding, they decided to go their separate ways in 2023.
Their divorce has now been finalized, and both Ariana and Dalton can moved forward in their respective lives.
