Former child actress Amy Nobleza has graduated college with flying colors, earning a magna cum laude distinction in her Bachelor of Science in Business Administration degree from the Lyceum of the Philippines University Manila.
Taking to Instagram on Friday, Nobleza shared photos celebrating her academic achievement and expressed gratitude to those who supported her journey, including comedian-host Vice Ganda.
"I did it! Thank you, Lord! Everything became possible because of the support and trust of the people around me," she wrote.
Nobleza went on to thank her family, classmates, professors, and friends, with a special shoutout to Vice Ganda, whom she called "meme @praybeytbenjamin."
"This is just the beginning. Cheers to the future! She believed she could, so she did," she added.
In 2019, Vice Ganda pledged to help Nobleza with her education after learning she was a consistent honor student while juggling work and studies. The heartwarming moment, which unfolded during Nobleza's participation in the celebrity edition of "Tawag ng Tanghalan," left her in tears.
Vice Ganda, impressed by Nobleza's dedication to education despite her early start in showbiz, promised, "'Pag 'di mo kaya ha, ako magpapa-aral sa'yo' (If you can't afford it, I'll send you to school)."
He also expressed his admiration for Nobleza, saying, "Nakakahanga 'yung artista na bata pa lang tapos hindi umalis sa eskwelahan tapos honor student (It's inspiring to see an artist who started young, never left school, and became an honor student)."
He further encouraged her, "Tapusin mo ang pag-aaral mo para sa akin na hindi nakatapos ng pag-aaral (Finish your studies, for those of us who weren't able to)."
Nobleza, who rose to fame at the age of six after finishing second place in "Pinoy Dream Academy: Little Dreamers," has appeared in various Kapamilya shows like "Mutya," "FPJ's Ang Probinsyano," and "The General's Daughter."
