Anne Curtis Goes on a Food Trip in Bacolod

 Anne Curtis, the beloved Kapamilya star, recently took to social media to share her exciting adventures in Bacolod and Silay. The actress, known for her bubbly personality and versatile talents, immersed herself in the rich culture and delectable cuisine of these vibrant cities.



One of Anne's culinary highlights was a delightful food trip at Balay Puti, a charming heritage restaurant in Silay City. Housed in a beautifully preserved home built in the 1920s, Balay Puti offered a unique and nostalgic dining experience. Anne was so impressed by the restaurant that she shared her experience on her Instagram page, writing, "Namit gid ☀️ In the city of smiles and delicious food."



Balay Puti was equally thrilled to host Anne, sharing photos of her visit on their Facebook page. They expressed their gratitude for her patronage and invited her to return soon.



Beyond the culinary delights, Anne also explored other iconic attractions in the region. She visited The Ruins, a historic ancestral home in Bacolod, marveling at its architectural grandeur and rich history.



While Anne didn't explicitly reveal the reason for her visit to Bacolod, fans online speculated that it might be related to the upcoming Filipino adaptation of the popular Korean drama "It's Okay to Not Be Okay." Her presence in the region fueled excitement among fans who eagerly anticipate her portrayal of the lead character, Mia Hernandez.


 

Anne's love for the original Korean drama was evident in her Instagram post from May, where she expressed her admiration for the storytelling and characters. She emphasized her determination to bring the character of Ko Moon-young to life in the Filipino adaptation with utmost care and respect.
