MANILA, Philippines – Several Manila roads will be inaccessible to motorists this weekend to accommodate a fun run.
The Manila Public Information Office announced that portions of Roxas Boulevard, Bonifacio Drive, Katigbak Drive, Independence Road, Padre Burgos Avenue, Maria Orosa, Finance Road, and northbound Taft Avenue will be closed from 9 PM on November 23 to 6 AM on November 24.
Additionally, parts of Muralla, Real, and Sta. Lucia Streets in Intramuros will also be off-limits during this time.
Trucks and heavy vehicles heading to the Port Area should use Quirino Avenue and Mabini Bridge.
Motorists coming from Mel Lopez Boulevard and aiming for Roxas Boulevard are advised to turn left onto Capulong Street, proceed straight to Yuseco Street, and then take Lacson Avenue.
The city government has suggested alternative routes, including Ayala Boulevard, Kalaw Avenue, P. Ocampo Street, and A. Soriano Avenue.

- Roxas Boulevard, Bonifacio Drive, Katigbak Drive, Independence Road, Padre Burgos Avenue, Maria Orosa, Finance Road, and Taft Avenue (northbound): Closed from 9 PM on November 23 to 6 AM on November 24.
- Muralla, Real, and Sta. Lucia Streets in Intramuros: Closed during the same period.
