The Los Angeles Clippers extended their winning streak to four games with a dominant 116-102 victory over the Los Angeles Lakers at the Intuit Dome in Inglewood. This marked the first clash between the city rivals in Inglewood since 1999, and the Clippers made sure to leave their mark.

James Harden led the Clippers with 21 points and 12 assists, showcasing his playmaking prowess. Ivica Zubac dominated the paint with 21 points and an impressive 19 rebounds, adding three blocks for good measure. Norman Powell provided offensive firepower with 22 points, while Kawhi Leonard continued his steady return from injury, contributing 19 points on efficient shooting in 24 minutes of action.

The Lakers, on the other hand, struggled to find their rhythm. LeBron James led the team with 25 points and 11 assists, while Anthony Davis added 16 points and 10 rebounds. Rui Hachimura chipped in 19 points, but it wasn't enough to overcome the Clippers' balanced attack. Austin Reaves had 14 points before leaving the game with a knee injury, adding to the Lakers' woes.

The Clippers took control early, outscoring the Lakers by nine points in the second quarter to establish a commanding 64-49 halftime lead. They maintained their dominance throughout the game, leading by as many as 26 points. Despite a late surge by the Lakers, the Clippers held firm and secured a comfortable victory.

Adding a unique touch to the game, brothers Max Christie (Lakers) and Cam Christie (Clippers) faced off against each other in an NBA game for the first time. Cam scored one point in limited minutes, while Max contributed 10 points for the Lakers.

With this win, the Clippers improved to 15-6 at their new $2 billion arena, solidifying their home-court advantage. The Lakers, meanwhile, suffered their third consecutive road loss and their fourth defeat in their last six games.
