The Philippine Women's National Lacrosse team has made history!  With a decisive victory over Hong Kong, China, the Filipinas have clinched their first-ever qualification for the 2026 World Lacrosse Women's Championship in Japan. This momentous achievement comes during their impressive run at the Asia-Pacific Lacrosse Championship in Australia.



The team stormed through their opening matches, showcasing their skill and determination. They first overwhelmed China with a 15-3 victory, followed by a commanding 14-2 win against Hong Kong. This dominant performance secured their spot in the World Championship and propelled them into the semifinals of the Asia-Pacific tournament.

This historic qualification marks a significant milestone for Philippine lacrosse.
